Online presentations are accepted for registered delegates. When you send your abstract please specify whether you will present live or online. Details of online presentations will soon be posted
Instructions for online presentations: Record you presentation on Zoom and send the file to firstname.lastname@example.org by WeTranfer. Don’t forget to check your presentation for video and sound before sending it. Time limit for invited speakers and board members is 15 minutes, for free papers 6 minutes. Online presentations by board members will be played during the respective symposiums. Online free papers will be played at a special session.
Abstracts must be submitted in English, starting 15 November 2022 Deadline for abstracts submission is 1 February 2023 For typing, the total length of the abstract should not exceed 2000 characters (approx. 350 words), excluding title, authors and affiliations
The selection of the abstracts will be done by the Scientific Committee of the event.
The Scientific Committee will notify the main author by 27 January 2022 in regards to the selection of his material and to the presentation format: oral communication or poster
The abstract must highlight the importance of the theme and the originality of the study, its purpose, the characteristics of the case and the relevance of the approached subject in the context of today’s knowledge. Important!
The abstracts authors must be registered as participants and have the registration fee paid prior to submitting their papers. The abstracts sent by authors not registered as participants are not going to be accepted. The abstracts must be in English. The title will must be typed using Capital letters, Times New Roman font, size 11, Bold, maximum 300 Characters. It will accept a maximum of six authors / abstract The identification of the author must include the following information in the exact order: First name, Last name, Institution, Department, City, Country The body of the abstract must be typed using Times New Roman font, size 11, single space, maximum 350 characters (without title and authors) The abstract must not contain any graphics, tables, pictures or other types of figures The content of the abstract must be informative and must include: Introduction Material and Methods Results Conclusions Keywords (a maximum of 4)
